While reading a most interesting article about modern day pirates, I noticed that the Smithsonian’s CultureFest is currently featuring Louisiana! I had a blast while for Dave and Desiree’s wedding, and I hope to return in the near future. If you haven’t been to Louisiana, head over and read about it (try Cajun Country, I hear its a good place to be

Hey, thanks for the tip. We’d like to be recognized for our beauty and culture as well as friendly people. And we wish people like Britny Spears would forget they came from La. But, of course, she came from North Louisiana, a whole ‘nother country. Hmmm, maybe you’ll get a bunch of hits especially if I misspell the name. Britney Speers. Brittany Spears. Brinty Spers. Or shorten her name like JLo. How about BS? Whoa, I’m on to something here.
