I'm glad to hear someone is trying to step up to the extortions of the speed enforcement system. The fines and methods of assigning them are absurd. I've been burned more than once (though I may have been asking for some of them)...

I am not opposed to enforcement of traffic laws. However I am opposed to excessive fines and unfair tickets. Example where the speed limit sign is hidden How about when they pull you over for some unclear reason and write you for failure to maintain lane and reckless driving, because you were in the left lane and you had to cross the right lane to get to the shoulder of the road. The City of Duluth, Ga. did this to my son. they later dropped the failure to maintain lane, but they also ticketed him for parking in a handicapped zone. His tires on one side were on the blue line, but they was still plenty of room left. He agreed to plead guilty to parking in a handicapped zone and was fined $1,351.00 Ga. law only permits the max. fine of $500 for parking in a handicapped zone. The City of Duluth was bad wrong in this matter. I have uncovered information they are doing this to people on a mass scale. Also Duluth is not alone in doing this.. other cities are running A free style take your money scam. I am opening a website to bring people who have been victims of this kind of human rights abuse together. Not just in Duluth, Ga. but from all over the country. So they can network and maybe file some class action law suites. If examples are made of a few of the scam cities the others will take note. You can find the website at www.unfairtickets.info
