My sincerest apologies to everyone for the tremendous lack of updates. Life has been rather hurried over the past few days, hindering my attempts at an update, redesign, or any other web related task. I hope to refocus and get these things completed .. eventually. As always, stay tuned!

That’s Why You Don’t Fuck Around
by Matthew Smith · March 15th, 2006 · 2 Comments
I always hate it when mother is right. “Cursing is something trashy people do,” “You should date around - you’re still in highschool,” “Don’t speed, you’ll get a ticket,” and countless other tid-bits of advice come to mind (all brushed off to be regretted later). It’s painful when I do something, then stop short as [...]
French to Possibly Make Smart Move
by Matthew Smith · March 14th, 2006 · No Comments
As many of you may know, I (among many others) am not a fan of DRM, a technology commonly employed to remove users’ fair use rights as related to digital media. Spring Break
by Matthew Smith · March 4th, 2006 · No Comments
It’s more like “Spring Brake.” While the majority of my friends and Mercer’s campus have skipped town in search of more exotic entertainment, I (along with a few others) am remaining in town. I will be focusing on slowing down and relaxing, letting my mind catch up with my body (or body with mind), and just enjoying the mental nothingness of a week without classes. In addition to the aforementioned benefits, the weather looks pretty nice.
